Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery Times We work with international suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices. As a result, delivery times are longer than traditional retail:

• Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days (most orders arrive within this window)
• Some items may take up to 45 business daysdepending on your location and carrier

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and 27+ countries including the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and Japan. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Delays Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us and we will investigate or reship at no charge.
